The common phenomenon about IELTS examination result is illustrated in the following example. Mr. x has a good command over English. So, everyone hopes that he will secure a good score in IELTS examination. But, when the result is published, his score becomes lower than 6.0, with a much low score in one module like reading 5.5. Although, this person could have acquired 7.5 in IELTS examination, he had only achieved 6.0. This is happening across our country. What is the main problem?
