Description of my duties and related accomplishments: I have been serving as a “Program Supervisor” under Institute of Voluntary Services (IVS) in Dhaka Bangladesh from 01 Febuary’2013 till today. I use to go to the selected area in various districts in Bangladesh and meet and meeting with field workers of Institute of Voluntary Services and discussed with them how to progress and prosecute the community development activities. I instructed them, first survey the socio-economic of the area and find out the problems and what resources were available within the community and identified Low-income, unemployed people and their capabilities, skills etc then formed Young Group, Women group, Children group in the villages and then established saving and credit (revolving loan) program to start various Income Generating projects in the villagers to help the needy people which would help them to become self reliant. Others appropriate training were arranged by me for them after completion their training I assisted them financial input from local and international donor agencies for starting various small business/ industries income generating projects and for children non-formal education programs in the villages.
